What is the real lead time?

Stock styles ship in 3-5 business days. Custom colorways at 144+ units run 10-14 days.

Can I mix styles to reach the minimum?

Yes. The $250 first-order minimum is across the whole order; the 12-unit minimum applies per style.

What about safety certification?

Products contain small parts and are labelled not suitable for under-3s. Printed in PLA. They're desk toys rather than impact toys — printed parts can chip at the joints if dropped from height.

Payment terms?

First order is payable up front by card or ACH.

What if something arrives broken?

Tell us within 14 days with a photo and we replace it on the next shipment at no charge.
